In less than nine months since joining Progress Software’s ASPEN Programme,
Systemcare has announced a substantial investment from Durlacher Corporation Plc, the
specialist internet, new media and telecommunications investment group. A consideration of
£950,000 in cash has been made for 67,059 ordinary shares (or 14.25% of the enlarged
share capital) of Systemcare. Systemcare Outsourcing Solutions (SOS) is the first progress
Software ISV to adopt the ASP model in the UK.
