Research recently revealed by analysts Jupiter
Communications suggests that the French Internet market is way behind the rest of Europe
especially the UK and Scandinavian countries. France is working hard to close the gap but
it still has a long way to go.
The number of French people online has only recently
passed 10%. The States hit this level four years ago and the UK and Germany hit the 10%
mark in 1998.
