It has been revealed that Software AG and Microsoft are to join forces to provide a link
between Windows servers and mainframe computer platforms. Software AG will provide an
integration bridge to connect Microsoft’s Host Integration Server 2000 to mainframe
systems.
Host Integration Server 2000 is scheduled for release this summer allowing customers to
integrate their existing host applications with the Windows platform.
