Parity Training, one of the UK’s leading providers
of IT and business skills training, has acquired Comtec Computer Training Ltd for £6.88
million. Comtec, a Microsoft and Lotus authorised training provider will add to
Parity’s already significant presence and coverage in the delivery of e-business,
enabling technologies such as Windows 2000 and Lotus Notes Domino 5.0. The combined
training facilities have revenues of over £23 million and nation-wide training
facilities.
